As we transition from Black History Month to Women’s History Month, we’d like to shine a light on a historical moment for our country and for women. Politics aside, we’d like to recognize and celebrate our first female Vice-President Kamala Harris. She not only represents the first female Vice-President, but our first Black Vice-President and first Vice-President of South Asian heritage. Representation matters and it matters to have a female voice in the decisions that affect us all. This historic moment pushes progress for women’s inclusivity and equity at the highest level. Women play and hold important roles at Hilltop and in our community. We acknowledge that and we are proud of the contributions and the difference you make for so many! This month we recognize and celebrate the women of Hilltop who have contributed to our growth and success and will contribute to a very bright future!
